Ladies, if you’ve ever wanted to experience Jiu Jitsu but were a little overwhelmed about joining the mixed class, then this course is for you. Run by our talented purple belt Angelika Glapiak.
Ladies only Jiu Jitsu classes will be every Wednesday run by our female instructor. Enjoy an introductory course to Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Learn the basic techniques, throws and rules of BJJ. This course is for complete beginners to gain a thorough understanding of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu before committing and advancing to the other courses or membership. It is run over 6 weeks.
Although you will have your own private ladies class, you are welcome to join in the mixed Gi classes at anytime.

If you would rather try jiu-jitsu before you join the course, we offer a taster class. It costs £10, we will lend you a Gi for the class. Or if you choose a No Gi class you can wear gym clothing providing there are no zippers, pockets or metal on it.
You have the opportunity to receive your £10 back if you enrol on our 6 week course at the dojo on the day of your taster class.

Kids / Teens Courses

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is amazing for teens to help them grow in confidence, improve their concentration, focus and behaviour. They become much fitter, stronger and learn to build up stamina. They have lots of fun, learn social skills and make new friends.
All children and teenagers start with a course.
Some children aged 10 and 11 may need to enrol on the Teens Course due to their size. Please speak to us if unsure.
Teens Course is for children aged up to and including 14 years. Older teens will need to attend the adult classes and will therefore enrol using the adult courses.
Kids BJJ Taster Class is available for £10. If your child likes the class and you would like to enrol them, you will receive your £10 fee back providing you sign up on the day at the dojo.
