  • Our Southbourne branch is dedicated to fitness.    It is a private studio and you can only train there by appointment only.

    We designed our studio to benefit you.  We offer:

    One to one personal training
    We offer one to one personal training. We discuss your fitness goals and what you are looking to achieve and create a program specifically for you to get you the results you want.

    Childcare
    We provide a safe environment where you can bring your children along whether they are baby, toddler or school age, there is an area for them to be while you concentrate on your fitness training.  Because we have our own private studio we can offer for your children to be in the same studio within sight at all times.  There is no extra cost for this.  We want to remove childcare as a barrier for you as you strive towards your fitness goals.

    Private studio
    Enjoy the benefits of not having prying eyes whilst you workout.  As our studio is private, only you will be there with your trainer, so you can remain relaxed and focus on your own training.  Get fit without anyone else watching.

    Friendly environment
    No hussle and bussle of a busy gym.  Turn up for your allocated appointment time, walk through the welcoming bamboo gardens down to your own private studio where your trainer will greet you with a friendly smile.

    Mindset coaching
    How you think about yourself determines what actions you take and therefore what results you get.  We teach and explain how your mind works and how to think positively to achieve the desired results you want.

  • How Does It Work?

    We have two ways you can get started immediately on achieving your fitness goals.  

    One
    You can come along for sessions of either 30 minutes or 1 hour.  You can buy these sessions individually or in blocks to save you money. You can book these as and when and are very good for maintaining and keeping you fit.

    Two
    If you are looking for dramatic results we offer special 8 week courses of intensive training where you will see significant body transforamtion by the end of it.  These courses are ideal if you have had enough trying to lose weight and get in shape on your own. If you are fed up of coming up short on actually reaching your fitness goals.  If you just want to be fit already and do not want to wait any longer.  This course IS for you.  This requires commitment and dedication, but that is what will get you results. The course includes 3 sessions per week for 8 weeks, plus mindset coaching.
